Longing for more happiness?
This workshop will explore the secrets to lasting happiness – it’s found in the least expected places…

What makes our pursuit of happiness so elusive?
I am going to tell you something that you likely already know: We look for happiness in all the wrong places. Most of us look for it in food, in alcohol, in achievement, in myriad other ways that bring us a short burst of joy. But that quickly fades. And often it leads to what I like to call a “shame shower” for having overindulged, trying to find what we want in a place it only pretends to exist.
Can you relate to this at all? If so, I’ve got good news.
I have a roadmap that will guide you through the terrain of your resistance, and lead you to unshakable happiness and contentment. But it’s not a roadmap in the traditional sense. This isn’t a destination you plug into Google maps, or ask Siri or Alexa to find for you. It is a map that is made by the journey itself. We learn to navigate the landscape by traversing it.
This is why so few of us take the voyage: it requires trust, vulnerability, fortitude, and courage. Right now, the path may look lonely, and you may feel underprepared. I want to empower you with a backpack full of supplies so you can make it through the dark brambles of resistance and reach your true happiness.
That is why I am offering this workshop on the Four Windows of Knowing: Yoga Processes for Healing and Wholeness.
As your personal trailguide for this one-day in-person workshop, you will discover:
By the end of this workshop, you’ll understand the terrain; you’ll know how to prepare; and you’ll know that while you may be traveling by yourself, you are never truly alone.
