New Class Schedule


Wow! It’s already October. The air is getting cooler and more crisp. The smell of pumpkin spice is wafting around every corner. Change is afoot. The same goes for our routines.

If you’re like me, you’re feeling like it’s time to mix some things up a bit. Well, that’s what I’ve done. I have evaluated the class schedule and added some new and exciting classes that I am super excited to share with you.

All classes are still being offered virtually via Zoom, and signing up and joining class couldn’t be easier. To sign up for a particular class, just click on one of the buttons.

Gentle Flow

Mondays at 9:30am and Fridays at 5:30pm

This class is a well-rounded, well-balanced class that includes breathing techniques, standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, forward bends, backbends and meditation. We also begin and end the class with a brief check-in.

Active Flow

Mondays at 5:30pm and Wednesdays at 9:30am

This class is appropriate for all people who have practiced yoga for a while and feel comfortable moving at a faster pace. It will include some more advanced postures and techniques, expanding on the sequences introduced in the Gentle Flow class.

Core Power

Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Fridays at 9:30am

This class will focus on core strength, which includes hips, back, and abdominal muscles. The sequences are progressive, meaning they start gentle and work up to more challenging. After some intense work, we will reward ourselves with a nice and easy cool down finishing up with an extended savasana.

QiGong and Yin Yoga

Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am

This is a slower-paced, meditative class combining QiGong (pronounced chee-gung), an ancient Chinese method of cultivating vital energy, and Yin Yoga, a very gentle sequence of mostly seated postures. If you have some physical limitations, this class will be just what the doctor ordered!
